My daughter (age 5) and I sing the songs over and over again. The Kliban illustrations are classic, but the songs crack me up . And we are a dog family! Be warned - the lyrics are a bit irreverant - not for the seriously religious person. My favorite is the the Little Drummer Boy telling the story of 'kitty chums' daring the protagaonist to 'steal a drumstick' . He he
