Along with Bible Stories it covers tidbits of Catholic tradition and prayers. Church history is covered extensively in Ann Ball's "Catholic Encyclopedia for Children." However, the shared bible stories are verbatim in each book. A cute little fish named, Ichthus, appears throughout with little notes and sayings like "share you heart with Jesus" next to the parable of the seeds, for example.
