Incredibly authentic!

The recipes in this book are absolutely wonderful and authentic! My family is from Puerto Rico, and my husband's is from Ecuador, and everyone has been raving about these recipes! They bring back so many memories of the foods that were cooked when I was growing up! It is such a shame that this book is out of print. I had to search for one for my sister-in-law, because she wanted to keep mine!
