It is the most influential book that I've read on leadership in my professional management career. I have purchased multiple copies to send to my sons and young men who were very close to me. Instead of reading the book from cover to cover in several settings, I started each day by taking 15 minutes to read one leadership topic. That allowed me to apply what I learned that day. All leadership topics are biblically sound and very applicable in applying Christ like characteristics to Christian and secular leadership roles. I believe it should be essential reading for all business leaders who want to please God and have a positive impact in their secular work environment.
