Whether readers are relatively new to the game of golf or old hands with impressive handicaps, most golfers share an unbridled enthusiasm for the game as proven by the blockbuster success of the first... This description may be from another edition of this product.
Good, light read, but not as good as the first round (Book I). These stories are longer, not as short, catchy or memorable as Book I. The first book was filled with birdies and an eagle or two. This one is heavy on pars with a few birdies. In short, it is very much a sequal. This does not mean it does not have its merits. Stories are good, and one, "The Life and Times of a Golf Ball" is outstanding, alone worth the price of the book. Buy the book, read and enjoy. It's good, but not as good as the first. Great reading for what Sir Winston Churchill would call "the smallest room in the house!"
