Highly recommended. Chile Pepper magazine. "From chili cook-offs to a little chile art appreciation, this satisfying book covers a lot of territory". Accent West magazine. Benjamin Franklin Award... This description may be from another edition of this product.
This book was just what I needed to get started loving hot peppers. Now I am an enthusiast, growing my own Thai Dragons, Jalapenos, Habaneros, Anchos, and more. The book is quite colorful, has many many pictures and is full of history, medical uses, recipes, and other things. It is certainly a great book, my favorite!!!
A red hot adventure
