This is a great book for adults as well as adolescents. It is a page turner from the very beginning and the story describes issues we all struggle with. I laughed and cried and felt like I knew the characters personally. I've recommended this book to everyone I know and I can't wait to read the rest in this series. Especially perfect for youth groups and bible study groups.

If I could use another word to describe this book besides absolutely fantastic, I would say it was the one of the most emotional books I've ever read. I mean it takes you on a rollercoaster. If you can read this without laughing, crying, wriggling, or giggling, I owe you a soda. Buy it, if you like it, read the other two, they're even better. The story is about a group of kids and how they built a strong and lasting relationship. Of course something happens to drastically challenge that friendship, but thats for me to know and you to find out. The book touches on themes of forgiveness, compassion, and loyalty. To make a long story short, I wish I had friends like those portrayed in Chop Chop.

As a person who struggles with a reading disability. I can honestly say it's an easy read. I was hooked and could not put the book down until I found out what happened! It's an amazing book that youth can relate with in their own lives. If you know a youth who likes to read and is possibly struggling with something in her/his life, this book will give them an opportunity to count her/his blessings. It's a GREAT tool for a youth group study or read aloud. I gave it 5 stars!

I am fortunate enough to have been one of the first people to read this book. It is the first in a series, and the following books are just as good! It is nice to read a book based on Christian beliefs. I definitely recommend this book. Susan W
