Large study colorful christmas fun

This one is bigger than the usual DK lift the flap books. I was very excited to see how sturdy it was. Really shiny and bright photos. A joy. The reason I did'nt give it 5 stars is because I wish some of the pictures below the flap were more real life like. The touch and feel aspect of the reindeer nose, the hat etc are fun. Our toddler really enjoyed it. I bought it primarily to build his vocabulary of christmas stuff- candy cane, snowflakes, santa, reindeer, presents, christmas tree, ornaments, and it does the job.

Although she was only 6 weeks old on her first Christmas, I bought this for my daughter hoping we would enjoy it together on the Christmases to come. Now she is 9 months old and although she hasn't celebrated her 2nd Christmas yet, this is her absolute favorite book! The flaps are big enough for little hands to lift- this is the book that taught my daughter how to lift a flap! She loves turning the pages and feeling the textures. This book is sturdy and although she has destroyed many other lift a flap or touch and feel books, this one remains entirely intact! This would make a great Christmas gift for a baby's first, 2nd or 3rd Christmas!

This over-sized lift the flap book is great fun for parents and babies/toddlers. My twins love the real-life pictures of other babies and familiar Christmas items. The book has survived a lot of lifting and flipping.
