This was a required text for a college course. Book arrived quickly and in good shape. The info was easy to follow. Several mistakes found in text, though.

This book deserves 10 stars. The format and information in this book were a valuable addition to Kinesiology lectures. I recommend this book to anyone taking Kinesiology.

The text book is well organized and written in an understandable fashion. I used the lab book also which I did not find to be very helpful.

This book starts out with an excellent review of anatomical terms and definititions. It keeps building on the earlier learned information. There is also a lab book and it isn't very good. It does not match up at all with the book. I really liked this book and I would suggest it to a PT or a PTA.
