The series really got short changed never being able to finish. This book is awesome well written and eerie like Code one. However this volume follows Vergil, the antagonist from DMC 3 and his associate Arkham as well as a girl who resembles Alice from The Looking Glass. The series got stiffed and this stands as the end. It is not bad but the other main character, Lady, never got her turn in the sun. Overall the mangas were fun, being they were preludes to the game and give info not even in the main story of 3.
