This book is fantastic! I enjoyed reading on the studies and the real life scenarios. I bought 5 extra copies for Christmas presents for my gal pals that would benefit from this book. Keep up the great work!
A fresh and practical approach to gender communications.

I've read both books that Dr. Nelson has published in the past few years. This one is the best. It is a fresh and informative approach to the age old question what women can do to get men to listen to them in the workplace. Practical, humorous and informative the book was a lot of fun to read AND I'm a man, so I don't need any advice!
A "must read" for small business owners too!

Brown and Nelson offer solid communication methods that work both in the corporate world and for smaller business owners. My wife and I run a small business and work together closely. Our primary communication with our contractors is electronic, so these suggestions have proved invaluable! Just a few different "code-switching" words in our emails or on the phone, based on gender, have really been effective. And it's helped with our personal communication style too. Thanks!
