I was looking for a book about collaborative work, in this book there are all the explanations I need for my research even better at the end it has examples of different tools to apply collaborative work face to face or on distance learning. I am using this book for a course in Fostering Online Learning Communities and I love it. It is an easy read, very well organized, authoritative, and full of useful tips despite the limited research on this emerging topic. Well worth the small price.
