I know Jeffrey Benjamin and I have attended his workshops. He is passionate, focused, and committed. I read what he writes.We are creatures of habit! Good habits and bad habits! It's easy to fall into bad habits as we inherently seek pleasure and void pain. It's not so easy to establish good habits. This is an excellent, easy to follow book that has quick and simple ways to communicate better. I find it to be a great source of information to help me communicate more effectively on a personal and professional level. The quotes are great too.
