good book overall; alot of ideas; not sure how practical
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 25 years ago
The author seems to focus on companies with a decent amount of employees although some of the ideas could be used, with some changes, in a smaller business. Also the ideals presented are "in the perfect enviroment" so things no doubt will not go perfectly as planned or indicated. But we all know that. Good book for staying positive and coming up with new ideas.
