The very first story made me cry. The next made me think. Then I laughed. What more can you ask for? A relationship with God runs the gammut of emotions and so does this book. No Christian is always happy, nor should they be, everything has a season including despair and grief. Why not read a book that can bring you into and out of different feelings everyday all while strengthening your walk? This is the book for any teen who isn't where they want to be with God, or for those who are but want to go farther!!!! I strongly recommend this book to every Christian teen because it is the best. Youth Pastor's, GET THIS BOOK!!!!!!!

This book is excellent. When I first picked it up, I didn't think much, but it didn't take long with the great devotions for me to figure out it was the best thing I needed. It helped me design a well-based quiet time; I thank God for my devotional everyday. I suggest it with 10 stars. It gives a great, clear view of who Christ is and how He plays a part in everything we do. Amen to Alive!
