A must buy for those who want a Network+ certification!

I give this book 5 stars! I've picked up quite a few certification books and this was one of those which didn't put me to sleep. I found it explained concepts fairly well, especially the IP address section, and many of the questions at the end of the chapter were taken straight from the exam as if it was written by Comptia themselves. Because it was only 288 pages I only needed 3 days to read through it, and passed the exam with no prior hands on Networking experience. A must buy if you want to quickly get your Network+ certification.

The Network+ study guide from delmar is a fine book. It is loaded with information about general networking. It gets into DHCP, DNS, WINS, and IP addressing but it doesn't overload you with junk you don't need to know.I recommend you pick this up as it is a great compliment to any Networking text.

When I was in college I used to cram entire books into a few pages and then cram the pages. This book did that for me. I especially enjoyed the screen shots and the questions at the end of each chapter.

Wow! This book has a tone of information in it. It is crammed with Net + stuff. I used a Net + book with this study guide and passed the test. Questions were close to test and prepared me well.
