if you love george saunders, and i do, you will be less than moved, inspired, comforted, delighted, or any of the things that his books generally do. it's nothing you can't get from his work. maybe you are a 21 year old person graduating from college and so this will work just fine. but i was sad that i didn't get a better slice of the pie with this one.
