It causes you to examine your thinking and your make up, enabling you to identify your false beliefs and make changes in your life that usher in God's peace. Really looking at your life can be scary, but as the Lord shines His light on those dark places while you work this program, the authors continually give scripture references affirming God's love for you and the hope associated with a life built upon His truth. Perfect love casts out all fear (1John 4:18)and the love of Jesus will do just that as you navigate those scary places. I think EVERY PERSON, could benefit from this program, not just people trying to work through issues of co-dependency or addiction.
