Consequences

Another great book by Cynthia Victor. Once you start this book you just can't put it down. You never know from one page to the next what exactly is going to happen. I've read all her books to date and can't recommend them enough. If you haven't read her, give her a try. You'll be hooked!

From the moment I picked up "Consequences," I couldn't put it down. It was fun and sexy and engaging from the first page to the last. A must read!

No one writes female characters better than Cynthia Victor! Liza, Page and Claire collide in an intriguing web of love, betrayal and revenge. Victor's style is crisp and riveting as she skillfully weaves sibling rivalry, parental guilt and abandonment issues with romance, sex, intrigue, and the world of international high finance. I love all of Cynthia Victor's books, but this one is my favorite!

From the very first page, i was intrigued and engaged. I wanted to know what was going to happen to these characters. And the whole process of finding out was fun, exciting, and sexy. What a good story -- and told in a way that just keeps you involved at every page.

However, the talented Cynthia Victor refreshes the potentially trite tale. Instead of the siblings becoming immediate best buds that bring their parents back together, the sisters turn into rivals for their mother's affection. The amount of miscommunication and misinformation between the three lead females will leave the audience wondering how any of them can succeed at business. Still, sub-genre fans will enjoy this family drama filled with the CONSEQUENCES of life's difficult choices.Harriet Klausner
