The book was exactly as described and the shipping was quick (I took the slowest way and they still got it out fast). What I wanted was a quick reference to all the body systems that could be in a "small" book. If you are in medicine you understand that... After a couple of semesters we all have one arm that is overdeveloped from carrying those massive text books...ha It's a good resourse
