This casebook is known for its unique "law in action" approach, which provides detailed, and often unique, background on such landmark cases as ProCD v. Zeidenberg, Parker v. Twentieth Century Fox, and Hoffman v. Red Owl, while also utilizing modern cases added for the fifth edition.
