I am about half way through this book and am finding the author's style of writing very comforting, as opposed to some other books that include CBT as part of treatment. There are many good tips and suggestions to put into place for quick relief of anxiety and I will be starting the 10 step self treatment plan for a phobia that I've had for a long time.
