Cranio Sacral Therapy - An introduction

A lot of information in this book is also in Your Inner Physician and You, so it is not necessary to buy both books, although the Inner Physician and You talks more about the continued work of the author. I am really interested in this subject so it was not an issue to re-read some of the material. Those who may wish to save some money may just buy Your Inner Physician and You. This book was sensitively written and easy to read and I am now an admirer of John Upledger after reading it.
