This book is worth buying for story of Stephanie Crookston's cake business alone; her passionate creativity is delightful to read about. The book also easy recepies that produce great cakes and frosting, instructions for 3d cake sculptures, and lots of instructive theory about inventing cakes.This book is suitable for use by adults and older children.
