How do we create a sense of well being? How do we inhabit the mind within a space of peace and calm? Fish swim freely in the water. They glide. So too, we may benefit from immersing ourselves in that concept of flow. Just like the fish, we could analogize our thoughts to it and just allow our thoughts to flow freely within our mind. Mindfulness meditation has taught me not to judge my thoughts. Merely, the idea that they are there is inspired and accepted without judgment. I find the way fish swim in the water is like that concept of free flow. One way that one could view these images is by viewing them and then visualizing our minds to be one with them.
