Karen Casey comes through once again with a gem of a book about hope. If you have anyone in your life who is struggling with their identity and how they are going to "make it", this is a must have book. I gave it to my son who is struggling and recommended it to several other friends. Karen provides real life examples at the beginning of each chapter, followed by "to do's" for the month and other words of wisdom, captured in a way only Karen Casey can explain. Well worth having in your spirit seeking library.

This is a very inspiring and uplifting book. In particular, Casey's suggestions at the end of each chapter for "Cultivating Hope" are wonderful. The book really helps one look at how expressing love and compassion can lead to long-term change and happiness. Wonderful.
