Great screen shots and descriptions of marketing and business plans of some of the more well known or creative ecommerce sites. Definitely a book compiled by graphic designers and not programmers it is a "cool" book to look through, get ideas from, and read. Make sure to keep in mind that some of the sites they cite as the best and most innovative have already gone under, and the book was published this year.A good book to read critically and for ideas.
