This student book provides daily practice in vital word-study skills, decoding and phonic awareness in only 15 to 20 minutes a day. These concentrated phonic and word recognition activities will assist third graders in cultivating the reading skills necessary to become a strong, confident reader. The student booklet is ideal for at school or in home reinforcement. The student book does not contain an answer key. The teacher's edition provides an answer key and teaching support.

Daily Phonics, Grade 3 helps struggling readers and English learners develop the phonics skills necessary to become proficient, on-grade-level readers. Students first learn basic phonics skills typically mastered in grades 1 and 2, and then they progress to skills taught in grade 3. Lessons and activities are designed with age-appropriate formats that respect the older learner.
