Daily Word for Weight Loss is a good "devotional" for anyone who wants to learn to feed their hungers in a way that is wise. Mostly it's encouragement -- not a book saying all the same things in all the same ways. Although this book comes from a christian source, I did not find it didactic. I think anyone who believes in a High Power would find gentle motivation from the daily readings and stories contained in this small volume. Daily Word for Weight Loss
