This is an excellent book for learning and referencing database usage. It has a wide breath of knowledge covering client server, transactions, SQL, physical and logical database design. There are numerous practical examples for implementing SQL for a large variety of applications. I thoroughly recommend for anyone learning databases for the first time as well as seasoned professionals who need an SQL reference.
