Good if you are in counseling.

This book was recommended by a counselor to me. If you had anytype issues from your relationship with your Dad this book can help you to come to terms and resolutions. I read it years after my Dad passed. I didn't have any huge issue but this book also helps you relate to people in general and where they may be coming from. If you are in serious counseling as your counselor first if it would be a good read for you. I will not want to give advise that may not be good for you personally. If you love the study of human emotions as I do then this is also a good read.
