I borrowed this book from our local library for my 9-year old daughter because she likes to read poetry. She loved it. Then we read it together and I loved it. She now realizes that she is not the only one that gets grief from her mother about cleaning her room, having plenty to do when she's "bored", practicing the piano etc. I am going to buy this book for her and as a birthday gift for her friend. Every mother and daughter should own it.
