Being an extreme beginner, I was looking for a complete manual to help me start on my new painting "career". After reading and using the material in this book, I consider myself capable of not only producing quality pieces of artwork, but being able to both sell them and be proud to give them as gifts. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who, wants to learn how to paint; needs to find hard to find supplies; needs a color conversion chart or wants a brush-up course on strokework.
