A deer-lightful noir mystery with a surprising twist

I was highly looking forward to receiving this book and it did not disappoint! It's a delightful noir-style mystery with a twist that actually caught me completely off-guard. The characters were interesting and the dialogue was highly amusing, and I adored the older western comic style of the art. The amount of deer-related puns was superb. My only complaint is that it was over so soon! I would be glad to follow many more of Bucky's adventures. Would definitely recommend!
