ok, i really liked because Ashleigh was actually in it--like every other chapter it was from her point of view. I dont kno about other people, but she's my favorite charter of the TB series. Anywho...Chris wants to race Star but Ashleigh doesnt think she should. Then she lets her race Raven and..well...Mel gets mad b/c of something that happened....and then at the end Ashleigh has a surprise for Chris. i liked it...but only cuza Ashleigh...lol..no, really it was a good TB books

This book was great except that I thought the Derby would be in it but it wasn't. It had a great topic and not many mistakes. I would recommend it to anyone! It was one of the best. The derby may not have been in this book but it will be in a book that's coming out soon! So if you want to find out if Image, Star, and Gratis, are almost ready for the Derby read this GREAT book.

I thought Derby Fever was a great and enjoyable book. Although there are a few things I think I should point out and I'm sure every TB reader has seen these mistakes to. First off in the flashbacks, it said Ashleigh was 18. But if I do recall in book 4 Ashliegh's Dream, she was 24, and that was a few book before Pride raced, so that had to make her at least 28 when she raced Pride. Second of all what the hell happened to Sammy in the flashbacks, I don't remember her being so snotty and angry, I remember her walking on air whenever Pride won the Derby, she was happy not angry. Third of all I noticed on the back cover it said "Think back to the days of old whenever Ashliegh raced Wonder"..well it said absolutely nothing about racing Wonder in the flashbacks, it was focused on Pride. And lastly GET RID OF CHISTINIA'S BRATTY ATTUIDE!!!! I hated her character in this book, she absoloutely had no respect for her mother in this book, I hope her character shapes soon. But all and all it certanly was a treat to see Pride's Triple Crown campiagn for Ashliegh's point of view instead of Samantha's. Raven's accident was certainly suspenseful, made me hold my breath until I found weather she was going to live or die ((I won't sopil it for you)) This certainly was the light at the end of a dark tunnel for this seris.
Terrific book!

This was a terrific book! I like how you got to see Ashleigh in the spotlight for some chapters... not Christina. {Personaly, I think they should have writen more books on Ashleigh.} I thought they should have brought back all the characters of the books before. The author did that... sorta. But this book is a "must get". I bought it when it first came out and read it in about 2 days. I really hope Sammy, Cindy, and Ashleigh get some more books in; even if the books are numbered in the 50's or higher. they should make a Super Edition of something where there are all the OLD characters. This book was really great, though! You got to hear from Cindy and Ben, Sammy and Tor, Parker and "his new girlfriend" and everyone else!...
great book!

This is a great book! I was so happy when it came out. I bought it like the first day. I think it was coolm that the author put Ashleigh in some chapters and made her part of the story. And i really think that they're bringing all the characters back. Why else would Cindy or Ben be there? This was a great book and i hope they'll have more books like this.
