Drawing on research and extensive online experience, this book demonstrates how teachers can best become designers for Internet projects. The author shares 18 structures for successful telecomputing activities, an eight-step process for creating those activities, five purposes for students' teleresearch, and 10 types of Web pages teachers can use to support their projects. She also provides numerous online resources and examples of successful classroom-tested projects.
I can't say that I was particularly intrigued but needed this book for a class. It served its purpose.
Great Professor

I really like the book because I took a class from the professor that wrote it. Everything I learned about supporting classroom instruction with technology, I learned from her and is reinforced in this book. I highly recommend this book!
