Thinking of giving up on your marriage? Author Brenda Clayton knows what it feels like. She's been there, and she talks about it. She is divorced and remarried --- and the second marriage hit the rocks after several years. Finding help for the second marriage became the inspiration for much of this book. No wonder the book shines with real life! This book is honest, gritty, realistic, down-to-earth. It speaks to women who are hurting and tired --- from the perspective of someone who understands it and who has experienced it. Not preachy, not theoretical, just good help. Clayton draws on the Bible, noted marriage authors, and others, but much of her advice comes straight from her own heart.
