Romance novels are usually about the hero and heroine getting together and marrying but what about after they get married uh? Most marriages today end in divorce so how do we know that they live happily ever after? In the first chapter in Destiny Smith, Destiny and Brace meet and marry! what a short story! The next chapter is a few years later when Destiny is pushing for a divorce over Brace having an affair, which he's denying. While Destiny's trying to get over Brace's betrayal and her family's disapproval she rents an apartment to rest. The book becomes intriguing with her receiving a death threat by phone, and Brace refusing to sign the divorce papers and trying to win her back. I like the book because it's about them having problems with their marriage and not with them getting together. I also like the twist to the end. I recommend the book for anyone who wants a change from the usual romance novels.
