I saw this book in a bookstore (NYU Medical Center area) and I liked the idea. It is very well written. It should not be accepted blindly, but should be used as subject matter to think about. I would balance what it says against your own insights and experiemnce. Biggest flaw: In discussing mistaken diagnosis - omits the possibility that sopmething may be wrong, not just with a particular doctr or nurses's thinking but with the way the field views the entire situation - a faulty paradigm tht is TAUGHT to you.
