This book is highly being recommended to me on radio program, Doctor~ Doctor for people who have anxiety in embracing the will of God! Challenging the fear of doing a good Opening up to doing or saying like evangelizing away the painful negative thoughts in one's mind like becoming one in Spirit with God as the Dominican who wrote this book Boylan comparing in the way of Christ's meditative contemplation with your whole heart, mind and soul as in 'Lectio Divina'. Memory, awareness, our struggle with our internal awareness of God ? Internal prayer of silence breath and being in simple word of aspiration desire and focus on practical presence of being God ! I live now, not I, but God. In silence and in hope of being in God alone! The Saints experienced this generosity of being in God!
