I was very pleased with this text. I found it easy to understand and to follow. Having just purchased my digital camera two weeks ago, this was a fabulous tool to assist me in trying new techniques. It goes beyond the instruction manual and makes the camera fun to use.

I thought the book covered a wide range of topics in a thorough, non-technical manner. It generally gives a good base knowledge of the subject. I was dissappointed in finding that the CD included no MAC software; it's strictly Windows-based. As a MAC user I found this profoundly confusing since John Sculley authored the Forword to the book
