Qu te impide ser todo lo que Dios quiere que seas? Sigues aferrado a tus pecados pasados? Te persiguen los recuerdos de tus fracasos espirituales? O tal vez quieres mantener el control y no convertirte en uno de esos cristianos "fan ticos"?

Dile al diablo: " Escrito est "

A. W. Tozer afirma que: "Uno de los trucos m s antiguos y preferidos del diablo es desanimar a los santos, haciendo que piensen en lo que fueron". En efecto, Satan s --durante mucho tiempo-- ha estado en eso de intimidar y enga ar al pueblo de Dios. El propio Tozer sufri el ataque del diablo mientras preparaba los sermones que recopilados en este libro.

Sin embargo, a medida que avanzamos hacia la madurez en Cristo, nos armamos con una gran fuerza para enfrentarnos al gran adversario. Podemos plantarle cara al diablo y gritarle:
" Soy hijo de Dios No tolerar m s tus ataques. Te recuerdo que el perd n y la purificaci n que he recibido gratuitamente vienen de Jesucristo".

Puedes responderle al diablo, pero lo har s?

Indeed, Satan has been in the business of intimidating and deceiving the people of God for a very long time. Tozer himself felt attacked by the devil even as he prepared the sermons distilled into this book.

But as we press toward maturity in Christ, we are armed with great strength to engage in battle with that great Adversary. We can stand up to the Devil and shout "I am a child of God I will not take this any longer, and I remind you that the forgiveness and cleansing I have freely received comes from Jesus Christ "
