Life Changing Retreat

This book is so easy to read, unlike most of Ignatius' writings. Ravier captures the essence of Ignatius' spirituality in lay terms and makes it accessbile without an interpreter. I didn't know until I had the book that it's recommended you work through the retreat with a Spiritual Director. I did not do this, and it was still an excellent experience. I highly recommend doing this during Lent, so that it coincides with Holy Week and Easter. This book is for people who truly want to get closer to Christ and to deepen their spiritual walk, but it is work. It takes about anhour a day to do it mostly right...about 1 1/2 hours to do it truly right! Enjoy!
