Making Functional Outcomes Easy

I went to a NDT course and the instructor recommended we use this to help improve our goal writing and after constantly going to steal hers I had to buy one for myself. I had been writing the traditional stuff that showed changes in pt performance but were meaningless in my patient's life. I mean, who cares if you can do 15 reps with a weight, what really matters is can you carry your gallon of milk from the fridge to the counter without dropping it. I have been out of school for 8 years, but I can still learn to do things better and this really helps me make a difference for my patient and that is why I am doing this work.
