Look at the cover of this book -- and while I know they tell you not to do this, you'll get a pretty good sense of what's inside. The people on the cover are not in their 40s, they're closer to 70 and they still project their joie de vivre and the ease and happiness of their physical intimacy. They obviously know how to enjoy life and each other. You look at the picture and you say, "Hey, I want that." For anybody over 50 who is frustrated by teaser magazine articles that promise to explain all and then fail to deliver any actual information, this book is a compact treasure trove of reassurance.
