Although this book starts at the end of the tournament, it is an alright starting point for new readers. With the tournament drawing to a close, a new journey begins for Goku. Starting out Goku just wants one simple thing, the four-star ball his Grandfather left him, but the fascist organization the Red Ribbon also wants the Dragonballs. When Goku crosses paths with Colonel Silver, he finds himself wanted by the Red Ribbon's army.
