This lovely little book explains how Deborah came up with the process of Touch Drawing. It also tells you what you will need, gives instructions for setting up a quiet workspace, etc. What it doesn't give is any instructions on technique. While it is supposed to be completely up to you, I have seen videos where she explains some of these things and was disappointed they were not included in this book.

As a writer, budding artist, and teacher of troubled kids, I just say that Touch Drawing is just amazing. Anybody can do it right away, and the results are astonishing. When I'm troubled and can't put my finger on the problem, touch drawing puts the finger on it for me :). My students love it and occasionally it's amazing what comes up.
