This book makes my heart sing! The interiors are so wonderfully beautiful, without having a stamp on it that says "done by an interior designer" . Lyrical, happy rooms, wonderful colors, makes you want to go for a skip in the country.!!!

Not being familiar with the other books in this series, this reviewer found DREAM HOMES COUNTRY an interesting collection of interiors, mostly from England and France. Each of the one hundred properties is shown on an average of four pages, although some are on two pages and some are on six pages. Each shows at least a partial exterior view with one paragraph telling about the house. There is no index or table of contents, but two pages of credits at the end tell the name of the owner or designer, sometimes with an address, of each house. All the properties are very attractive or interesting in some way, making this a nice gift or book for the guest room night stand.
