Excellent insights into prominent fantasy and science fiction artists' inspiration and techniques

Fans of fantasy, science fiction art and aspiring artist aficionados will truly enjoy this book, something for everyone here. Six artists are featured, including Michael Kaluta, Bernie Wrightson, Jurek Heller and Charles Vess. Excellently printed in beautiful color, there are a wide variety of styles and techniques, which the author explores through interviews with the artists, with a peak into their work environs and tools and materials used to flesh out their wild inspirations. It's another Paper Tiger Publishing book that delivers a great sampling of great artists of the genres from the 80's. Highly recommended. I got a few extra copies for trading and gifting to friends.
