This book is the guide to all of e-business. I like it, as I do not have to read it from first to last page, but can flip through whenever I have a question. It helps me every day at work. I cannot do without it anymore.

The book is a practical-oriented summary on the developments in the e-business area. The existing developments are shown transparently and are easy to understand. It also offers a good view on future trends. The very useful demonstration of innovative technologies are always put in context with the implementation processes in various companies. The book does not only show the technology side of e-business, but also explains how to increase the value of the company by introducing the new paradigms on the Internet. Internet business seems easy but has many caveats, which are explained in this book and solutions are presented to overcome these problems.
